How to participate during Bell Let’s Talk on January 28, 2021

When it comes to mental health, now more than ever, every action counts. We can all play a role in ending the stigma around mental illness and removing barriers for those needing help. Let us all take the time during Bell Let’s Talk, and every day following that, to reflect on what we can do to support those around us and what we can do for our own self-care on a daily basis.

Health Promotion Kingston would like to invite you to join the rest of the CAF in decreasing the stigmatization to seeking mental health help. Be part of the conversation on social media and help raise funds for mental health research and various organizations supporting those suffering.
