This thing called life can be downright hard sometimes, for everyone. But for some, it’s more than just hard. For some, hard doesn’t even come close.
There is no one thing, no one size fits all that gets us to the other side of hard. It takes a recipe of things, and for each of us, that recipe will look different.
Wherever you are in your journey with ‘hard’, the Veteran Family Program invites you to join us at the KMFRC on Wednesday, February 19th from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. as we listen to guest speaker, Dan De Luis. Dan is an International Performance Coach who uses mindfulness, meditation, cold exposure training, breath work and yoga to help people regain control over their life, health and, of course, performance. His clients range from people like you and I, to big corporations like Nike and RBC Bank, elite athletes in the NHL and NFL, amateur and professional sports teams and he has taught elite special forces around the world.
Dan talks mindset, and he will share well researched practices that are known to have a significant return on investment. Practices that regulate the nervous system, super charge the immune system, and empower us to take important steps in our healing experience.
