The Health Promotion Kingston Butt Out Challenge ran from 4 January to 26 March 2021 with over 50 members of the Kingston CAF community participating to work towards a tobacco-free lifestyle!
Participant goals ranged from 100% quitting tobacco, cutting tobacco back by 50% and for previous tobacco users, staying tobacco free. Participants were provided with support from Health Promotion, Base Pharmacy, SISIP and Fitness & Sports. Motivation was added to the challenge with sponsorship from Diamond Hotels and SISIP who generously donated prizes.
