Conflict and Complaint Management Services during Force Health Protection

During these new and very challenging times, Canadians, DND and other governmental departments have had to adjust/adapt and remain flexible to maintain force health protection while continuing to provide valuable services. This includes Conflict and Complaint Management Service offices (CCMS).

CCMS offices have been given clear direction to continue to assist Defence Team personnel throughout these difficult and challenging times. All Conflict and Complaint Management Agents and Conflict Management Practitioners (CMP) are ready and prepared to assist as necessary; we continue to respond to e-mails, phone calls and voicemails daily. Currently, we are working to expand our service to include an online platform. Keep an eye out for this new capability! Our ability to assist, educate and refer remain our top priority.

All personnel, including those OUTCAN, can reach out to their local CCMS office. We continue to endeavour to respond within two business days.

Your local CCMS office remains focused on providing assistance in a wide array of areas, please reach out as necessary for assistance regarding any issue of concern – we remain prepared and ready to assist!!

Please visit our site for contact or further information on our various services.
