The Garrison Kingston community turned out in strong numbers to participate at this year’s Garrison Family Fun Fest weekend on Sunday 8th of September. Over 12,000 people enjoyed the day with activities for the whole family, including the Krusher BMX Stunt team, VIA Rail Canda mini train rides, vintage military vehicle rides, the Woof Jocks Stunt dog team, sponsors and exhibitor booths, and so much more. As well, Saturday night concert attendees enjoyed an evening of Classic Canadian rock from Helix and Prism, with Destroyer as the opening act.
This event was made possible by the generous support of corporate sponsors, community partners and numerous volunteers and staff. It is this kind of dedication from so many that make an event such as this a wonderful success.
