Due to the current Covid-19 situation the Mercury Shop remains closed to walk in traffic in order to protect museum staff and customers. Customers who wish to purchase items are encouraged to do so through the Mercury Shop Website located below:

Checkout options include In Store Pick Up or Shipping. Shipping is available within Canada and internationally.
In Store Pick Up must be selected if the item is not being shipped. Each customer will be contacted by Mercury Shop staff to organize a pick up date and time for their order. We are only available between 10am and 2pm Monday to Friday, please keep this in mind when selecting the option to pick up your order.
PLEASE NOTE: Customers are not to come to the Mercury Shop until they have been contacted. We will contact each customer within a couple days of placing an order (excluding weekends).
Customers are encouraged to reach out to Mercury Shop staff by phone or email if they have any questions or wish to put in an order that cannot be done through the website. Examples of this include mounting of medals, custom engraving jobs and sublimation.
Medal mounting will be completed on a 2 week schedule. Medals must be dropped off by Friday each week to be included in the next week’s schedule. Customers will be contacted when their medals are ready for pick up.
