This guided Military Mental Performance class focuses on the 3R’s of Recovery:
RELAX your body, RELEASE your stress, REJUVENATE your energy
Mindfulness is essential to optimal physical and mental performance. Improve resilience, unit cohesion, sleep hygiene while decreasing stress. For athletes, soldiers, weekend warriors as well as those on Med Chit.
Where? The Performance & Recovery Centre (PARC), a newly renovated multipurpose space, at the Base Gym, 2nd floor, Room #213
