KMFRC Veteran Family Program Information Session

The Veteran Family Program (VFP) is an amazing and important support to our medically releasing members, medically released veterans and their families. Change can be difficult to navigate at the best of times, but transitioning out of a military career, especially with a medical condition, and you will likely find that your whole family is feeling the impact. We are here to help!

We are hosting a monthly Information Session outlining the Veteran Family Program (VFP), sharing all the ways we can support your whole family in navigating this journey into the civilian world. From one-on-one sessions to full family appointments, workshops to community referrals, and more, the Veteran Family Program Navigator is there to help.

Come and join us the 2nd Thursday of the month, 2-3pm, at the KMFRC.
