Spring is finally here and with it many of you have begun to receive posting messages.
We recently said farewell to our Base Chief, CWO Jeff Aman. CWO Aman is deploying shortly to take up the post of Task Force Sergeant-Major of Operation IMPACT. During his three years as Base Chief, CWO Aman worked tirelessly on behalf of the soldiers and families of Base Kingston. On behalf of all of us, I wish him a safe and enriching operational tour.
Spring is a great time to get out of the house and incorporate outside activities into your fitness routine. With that in mind, I would like to remind people to be aware while driving that there will be more people on the roads. Cyclists of all ages will be using the roads to commute, exercise and play. Please adapt your driving and remember to give cyclists the space they need to stay safe.
For those who are posted from CFB Kingston, I wish you the best of luck in your next posting and hope that you look back fondly on your experience here.
