This year, CFB Kingston hosted the 2019 Ontario Region Volleyball Championship from 20-22 February.
Over the course of three days, two round-robin tournaments were held – one for the Men and one for the Women. The Men’s competition consisted of five teams – Trenton Flyers, Borden Stars, North Bay Guardians, Petawawa Stags and our own Kingston Knights. The Women’s competition consisted of four teams – Trenton Flyers, Borden Stars, Petawawa Stags and the Kingston Knights.
After three final sets against Petawawa, Kingston ultimately came out victorious in both Men’s and Women’s competitions and were declared the 2019 Ontario Region Volleyball Champions, with Petawawa finishing in second.
