Whether you’re an expectant parent and interested in perinatal resources, or you have questions about parenting children from infancy through the teen years, we welcome you to reach out for support. Our monthly Baby on Board group, 1:1 parent coaching, and Lending Library are just three of the resources we can offer to help you and your family!
Some of the reasons individuals and couples access parent support at the KMFRC, are to find information and services for new parents, build emotional self- and co-regulation skills, become more confident with navigating key transition times, and develop strategies to help their children with challenges at school.
If you would like support with your parenting journey, please call the KMFRC at (613) 541-5010, ext. 5195. A Military Family Navigator would be happy to meet with you, and discuss tips, tools and local resources to assist you and your child(ren).
