End the school day with a smile in our after school program! Rec Recess offers children (4-12 years) a fun, safe and active place to unwind after school. Programming includes a healthy daily snack, homework support, arts and crafts, games and lots of physical activity. Parents will have time to go to the Base Gym after work, for their much needed workout, while the kids ‘work it out’ at Rec Recess!
Dates: Monday-Friday (School days only)
Time: 3:00-5:30pm
Location: CFB Kingston Sports Dome – 2 Navy Way
Ages: 4-12 years old
Sessions: September to December 2021 and/or January to June 2022
Rec Recess is reserved for children of CAF Members and DND Staff only.
IMPORTANT NOTE: It is the responsibility of the family registering for Rec Recess to apply to the appropriate school bus company and request a drop off at our CFB Kingston Sports Dome located at 2 Navy Way, Kingston Ontario, K7K 7B4.
Enrollment for Rec Recess is divided into two sessions. (September to December 2021 and January to June 2022). Therefore, families will need to inform the bus company which Rec Recess session the CFB Sports Dome stop is required.
