This year we celebrated thirty eight years since Terry Fox started his long journey to raise awareness for cancer research. In honour of Terry Fox’s legacy, CFB Kingston held their annual Terry Fox Run 14 September 2018.
Set up began in the early morning hours with the help of dedicated volunteers at the McNaughton Parade Square located on the Base. There were approximately 600 participants and this year CFB Kingston raised $2,983.80 for the Terry Fox Foundation.
Terry Fox is well known around the world for his courage, perseverance, and desire to help others suffering from some form of cancer, may his legacy continue to be celebrated. Thank you to all for your gracious donations and continued support.
