Change can be hard, especially when it includes big life events like leaving the military. Now add extra layers of complexity when one or more medical conditions are the catalyst for the departure and things are often more difficult.
With so much going on, it can feel overwhelming, as if the weight of it all is too much. It can feel isolating, confusing, hard to navigate. It can seem like there isn’t anywhere to turn.
The KMFRC Veteran Family Program wants you to know that you are not alone. That you and your whole family have support. That we’ve got your back.
Reach out to the Veteran Family Program Navigator at the Kingston MFRC, Andrea Pritchard, for support, including registering for the programs listed below, at 613-541-5010 Ext. 4950 or veterans@kmfrc.com .
