-to promote physical fitness in the community.
-raise awareness of the Royal Canadian Navy in Kingston.
-support military families’ in need through the Support our Troops foundation and the Royal Canadian Naval Benevolent Fund

Starting & Finishing at HMCS CATARAQUI at 24 Navy Way (across from RMC, access by driving behind the base gym KMCSC on Navy Way)
Cost: $55.00 that includes a bike jersey OR a donation of your choosing to the Support our Troops foundation and the Royal Canadian Naval Benevolent Fund
